How are your products made?
Since we attach great importance to sustainability and want to avoid mass production, all products sold are made to order. When an order is placed, a custom request is automatically sent to our partner who prints and executes it immediately. Please check the items you have selected before placing your order as once your order has been processed we cannot cancel or exchange it once the transaction has been completed.
Returning products:
Let us know by email at hello@fynest.at if you want to return an item.
You can return the package to the same address from which it was sent.
Returning a product is at your expense unless the product was faulty or damaged upon delivery. The returned products must be sent as a letter or parcel and not cash on delivery.
You are obliged to return the goods in the same condition in which they were delivered.
If a product was vandalized during inspection, it cannot be returned.
Important info: As our products are made to order and are custom made due to sustainability, they can only be returned if the product arrived faulty/damaged or you received the wrong item.

Minimal Fashion's return period is 14 days.
Minimal Fashion will refund you the purchase price of the product as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after the product has been returned or you have informed us that you wish to return a product, if this is possible under our return policy. You are responsible for paying the cost of returning the product.
The return period runs from the day you received the purchased product.
